You sound like you have no idea about thailand. The quality of drs here is really high. Had my colonoscopy done at Bumrungrad and hernia at bangkok hospital in the provinces. They have done each respective procedure thousands of times. I asked the hernia dr how many times he has done it. He said, its the only surgery he does everyday for many yrs. A flight back home is unnecessary.

I got to level 4 really easy within a week and was about to reply to all these messages and then this website was down for a week. Now I can hardly remember what I did. But think I only uploaded my bank statment that I ordered via my phone app. It was all very easy dealing with them. Once my copy was rejected. They emailed me right away telling me what to do. I scanned it and tried again. Got to the next level. If this happened on bitkub it wouild be months of BS. Upbit is professional. Go for it.

The level 4 verification is only for increasing the withdrawal limit from 2 million THB daily to 4 million THB daily. I have this now. Used the passport to do the dip and chip

Download the app on your phone and do it there. It will not work on your laptop as I found out - When it comes to scanning the chip on your passport, turn your book to the back and put it on a table (with front of passport facing down). Take cover off your phone. At the step to do the scan place the phone on top of the passport so its touching it.
