Not the same. If you added the Etol to the gasoline before storage, you'd risk a gummy mess.

A month or so no prob. For several months papa recommends filling tank with non-ETOL fuel, i.e., pure gasoline, which is more stable. Also add a little oil in the gas to help thwart tank rusting. Or not.

Most Thai shops don't really do compression test. Easy, quick to pull cylinder, then maybe a rebore, change piston & rings, cheap. But yes. first check the air filter, plug and rebuild carb.. -
