  1. IRC & VRC both make a lot of tires here. The Vee's cost 1/2 as much, as P. Albeit 1-size smaller.
  2. That size is standard for CBR150R-i/CB150 Prolly M-Slaz & others.
  3. VMR-351s showed up at my door at 3PM. Road Daisy Duke over to iMoto. 40 minutes later riding out, new valves, x-fer Dyna-beads, Vee's mounted. All set up just right.. .Labor & valves B440. Will road-test 2mor. The old Perellis ... cracks everywhere. 3 years old. Indonesian mfg. Parked under building 99%. Hmm.
  4. Sat., ceeber in for service: Amsoil ∂, new o-ring-chain [B560 Laza] & front-sprocket. Changed coolant and brake fluids. &c. [new Michelins in Feb.] ////// Sunday afternoon did scenic route down to Chantaburi & got a room. Enduroed some heavy rain around dark. Monday, over to the isle for 2 nites. Everything slow slow. Weather 50-50. The super steep switchbacks ... recently re-paved. Ride home went fast.. Off the ferry at 1030. 2 stops, gas & KFC. 3, 36, 3240. patty 2:30. Fun trip. 85% fast cruise, 10,000rmp ==> 120kph-i. >> 11.5 is red-line. Smooth !!
  5. /////// State your location. Maybe somebody can refer to good indy shop. Those prices from Kawasaki didn't sound excessive. Reality: They have big overhead. America $100/hr. Y'all quit whinging.
  6. Bearings are cheap. Worst scenario is if the fork tubes are corroded/pitted. They would then leak. Thinking you are okay.
  7. Both bikes are super reliable & easy to maintain. Farang think too mut.
  8. Riding the ceeber [great little road bike] down to Ko Chang, Monday. [yes not North but South] Have booked a 700/night resort @ Lonely Beach. Looks nice: pool, bar, restaurant, wifi, air con. 5 5 ????
  9. Boost boost boost. Can never have enough of those spike proteins in our tissues. Especially pregnant women. Trust Phyzer & government. Always.
  10. Recently, changed the heavy tires on the Lifan-X-200 to much smaller, lighter models. Noticing better acceleration and braking & livelier handling. ???? The KTM Duke 200 has Perelli Diablo Rossi Sport [now 5100baht mounted ] F 110/70-17 tires on 3” rim R 140/70-17 on 4” rim. Good tread but cracking side-wall. ~3 y/o.; 10Kkm. Will be changing to fresh-from-the-VeeRubber-press, in 3-weeks: F 100/80 on the 3” rims R 130/70 & on the 4” rims VRM-251 [B2150 delivered,] Rain-tires. Cool looking.
  11. So after riding around N MHS prov for a couple of days, returned to CM Tues eve. Wed. [Sept 7] decided to try to ride the Lifan over Doi Sutep mountain, [E —> W] Wanted to ride down one of the dirt roads to hit Saemong loop. That didn’t work out so well. The road deteriorated real bad and papa eventually ended on a single track. Became exhausted, over-heated. Had to lie down for a half hour. But ants. Persevered & finally came out at CM. Was pretty worried for a while. Enduro. 5 5
  12. papa can't, but Elon Musk [x-moto man] and humble others could & have. Not a big deal. papa saw that discussion. have actually seen a beat-up early -200 running with all the smart-stuff gone. Just basics: lights, pumps, fan, Ignition, starter, ecu, ... papa was shocked.! Guy said you just needed to remember to put gas in it, as no odo nor gauge. Kinda cool.
  13. 5 5 & [373.2cc] & You can remove the whole instrument/ control cluster thing and it will run. Seen it.
  14. Agree. Reasons a Z-400 sucks: 1. is a Kawasaki. 2. is a twin. 3. is lightweight vs a 650 4. outperforms KTM 390. Yucky .!! ????
