  1. Is there only one stall selling eggs at that market? How much do they sell the eggs for there and what size are those eggs they sell? Do they also sell duck eggs?
  2. Ok, after searching online for Tops, Villa, Big C and Makro, there are no Pasture-Raised eggs for sale by any of the supermarkets. On Tops there comes one labled as Pasture-Raised but when you go to the Youtube video of that farm producing the eggs, it's clearly a lie as they are shown to be locked up while only eating grains, they have nowhere to roam. Seems to be impossible to find any Pasture-Raised eggs in Pattaya.
  3. It's not the same as free range. Free range means they only have a tiny door with access to go outside for a set period of time, if the hens so choose to. Here's a guide of the difference of the types of eggs:
  4. Anyone buying Pasture-Raised or Organic Pasture-Raised eggs? Where do you buy these from in the Pattaya City area? Didn't see any being sold at Big C. Haven't checked other supermarkets yet. What about normal markets Thai people shop at?
  5. Because the victim was Burmese and they are classed as one the lowest class of people in Thailand.
  6. It's soooooo incredibly dangerous you could die if you spend more than a few hours breathing in the same air when it's in the same room. If I were you, I'd leave this place and go find somewhere else to live immediately.
  7. Butter, olive oil or coconut oil. Don't touch that seed oil / vegetable oil rubbish.
  8. Ok, so I went to the Pattaya office, it's true. You will only get a 2 year renewal of your old 2 year licence on a DTV. You WILL NOT get a 5 year licence. DO NOT believe the OP if you have a DTV and are using Banglamung office for your renewal.
  9. Anyone knows why you can't do 90 day reporting at Jomtien Immigration? I asked yesterday if I could do it online at the 90 day desk, lady looked at my passport and said no, I have to do it in person. I have a DTV as my visa. I would've thought I could save some time and hassle if I could do it online. Is this another case of Jomtien being a pain office like usual? I forgot to ask yesterday, how soon in advanced are you allowed to do a 90 day report?
  10. Went to Jomtien Immigration yesterday morning. Amazingly after getting the queue number, I only had one person waiting before my number was called. This was for a certificate of residency. I went there just after 9am. After handing over my documents, I was told to come back after 11am and go to desk 1 to pick up the certificate of residency. This is not actually desk 1 but desk 10, the first desk in the building where the 90 day reporting is. Came back at 11am and as it was after 11am, everyone started giving their queue numbers to the ladies at the desk to pick up their certificate of residency. There was none ready yet. She told everybody in an angry voice to come back after 11am, which it already was!! Anyway, around 11:45am the certificate of residency was available and I picked it up and went home. I remember absolute chaos 2 years ago when getting a certificate of residency in the old building with everyone standing around, and so many people in the queue. This time, only 1 person in the queue but still takes nearly 3 hours for the process. Oh, and it's still 300 baht gratuity as you will never get a receipt for it, unlike the 1,900 baht for extensions where you get a receipt.
  11. Seems like they've got the afterparty at 808, Lucifer and Tunnel. Do you need a pre-purchased ticket to enter tonight, tomorrow or Sunday to those clubs?
  12. If you don't like hip hop or rap, Pattaya is not for you. Somewhere like Issan where it's quiet and boring as hell would be more suitable.
  13. Could the issue be that the majority of forum members are old fuddy duddies over the age of 70?
  14. It's not rap, it's hip hop. Completely different. To quote from their website it's "The Biggest Hip Hop Festival in Asia" I'm sure that the under 50's crowd of foreigners are interested in hip hop. Living in Pattaya, hip hop is played everywhere. You walk past a beer bar, it's played. You go into a nightclub, it's played. You go into an Agogo, it's played. You walk past one of those cocktail cars, it's played. If someone doesn't want to hear hip hop, they shouldn't be living in Pattaya.
  15. I get sexually assaulted most times I take a walk down Soi 6, girls seem to like to grab my dickk. I also get sexually assaulted many times at the nightclubs with girls playing with my dickk. Should I go and report it to the cops or secure an interview with Channel 8?
  16. How easy would it be for a thief like this to steal is a couple year old Yamaha Aerox 155 with keyless entry? Are the newer bikes hard to steal? What happens if a rental bike gets stolen? Are you, as the renter responsible or the owner will be the one that needs to claim it on their insurance, if they have it?
  17. Exactly. In the past couple of years it was each and every time you left and re-entered Thailand, even with the same visa and staying at the same address, you had to file a TM30 or get a 1,600 baht fine.
  18. Would it also be the case the other way around, if the mother was travelling with the child, would immigration ask to phone the father or provide some documents the father allows the child to travel out of the country?
  19. OP should exit with the Thai passport and enter Australia with the Aussie passport. That's all the "papers" you need.
  20. Who here is going to Rolling Loud Thailand this coming weekend at Legend Siam? Some massive names such as Akon, Tyga, Wiz Khalifa, A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Lil Wayne, Quavo will be there. I won't be going as I'm not a fan of being in a massive crowd of concert goers but I'll definitely hit up 808 for the afterparty with Tyga and Wiz Khalifa. Wondering how many Thai people will be going there as tickets are expensive so it's probably going to be full of foreigners and rich Thais there only. Anyone know for how many years Rolling Loud has been going on in Thailand already? I know they had one last year but what about the years before?
  21. Ok, so your experience was different to mine yesterday. They required the form and photocopies of everything, as if you were doing it from scratch.
  22. So this was exactly what I experienced myself yesterday. Doesn't matter if you have a TM30 online printout, everyone still needs to do the whole process as normal as if you never did a TM30 online in the first place!
  23. Yesterday I did also ask for the paperwork to do a certificate of residence, as this is something I will do later to renew my licence. Funny thing is, on the slip of required documents, it says: Evidence of your address (House Book, Lease Agreement or TM30). I'm wondering if someone doesn't do a TM30 if they will just accept you bringing your lease agreement only, as per their required documents square paper slip they gave.
  24. That's really amazing there were nobody there for 30 day extensions. Is this a common thing these days? Because there are still tons of people coming to do stuff at immigration and it's not that many oldies on retirement visas doing their extensions there yesterday arvo. Others must've all been doing TM30, 90 day reporting and certificate of residencies.
