I think you are talking about a convection oven as above? I have one too, between that and the air fryer can do pretty much everything. Very good years ago in the limited kitchen space when I lived in a condo.

You dont need much/any oil, therefore you can air fry with the oil contained in the meat, or for other stuff a tea spoon of healthy oil such as olive is sufficient. Doesn't work for everything, but you can enjoy 'healthy' fried food. Mine is a Phillips, had it longer than I can remember and still going strong.
