Each battery is 250Ah arranged in groups of four in series which, for the stringy fellows amongst us, is 3 parallel strings of 4 per string. Total Ah is therefore 750Ah which transforms to 36kWh. Aiming for 30% DoD we are looking at 10.8kWh at nominal 48V.

All batteries work at their best at 25ºC Lead acid loose 50% capacity for every 10º above that. Lithium loose also but not so dramatically. Maintaining a controlled environment is economically a good idea relative to the cost of the battery and their early demise. Now, If there is no temperature control the batteries are exposed to whatever the ambient is which is never going to be as bad as having a permanent 24hr increase of 10ºC but I figure for the sake of maximising my 125k 750Ah battery investment It's worth an inverter air con for 18k baht + a few AAC blocks if available.

They will charge very quickly but they are very heavy which isn't an issue for stationary batteries.
