There are ways to make the text and keyboard larger, even blind people can use smartphones these days -
I haven't heard of anyone catching Syphilis in Pattaya, but likely to get much worse, no one tests for it and with no symptoms until it's too late it's not looking good. I test for it in Bangkok every 4 months
