    You may not like it but people do refer to it as thai quota, i bought from thai company to foreign quota, so there's thai name, thai company and foreign quota, popular terms. Buying from thai name is different from thai company

    I get my Creatinine levels checked every 4 months from Red Cross, once a year or so i go to Lifecare lab for their package 4, their results for creatinine and eGFR are way different, so look inaccurate, i keep meaning to tell them but it will probably be ignored

    Many people are daft enough to buy thai company instead, being illegal, ongoing costs and large closure costs make it a daft choice

    Not easy in Thailand, you know pharmacies that sell it? only dodgy ones and anyone with a brain should know that Creatinine needs to be monitored along with regular HIV tests

    Sometimes don't get anything for ages then they come in 3s, don't forget sometimes there's no symptoms so if you don't get tested you may be a carrier

    That's up to the committee to ensure they are well maintained. They will look older though, you can't make an older condo look brand new outside. Older well looked after condos are much better value, usually people come round to that thinking after a few years
