Agent for opening an account is about 5k including bogus insurance, if you put the 800k in ASAP then easy to do the next steps yourself, otherwise agent will still charge 20k+ probably

Pattaya seems to have the worse roads for back pain, 20 mins of riding around and my back hurts, on koh Chang last week, no problem as the roads are much smoother. I have a Honda Click, yes i can get better shocks, still not sure they'll be good enough. Is there a scooter that's smooth even over speed bumps? I don't really want another enduro type bike or motorbike unless a last resort

I have Axa personal accident insurance, 5k premium for 200k medical cover, motorcycle use covered. Even covered a friend for rabies injections after a dog bite. Roojai has motorbike insurance where you can raise the cover of accident medical expenses to something like 200k

Just get a non imm o based on retirement, avoid the drama and stress. First 15 months 30k incl multi re-entry permit, subsequent year 12,500 + re-entry permits. If you have the financials it's a lot cheaper but more dramas

Nice photos. To make the Nang Ram beach ride more interesting we go via Silverlake to 332 then plutaluang golf course road to 3 then onwards to Nang Ram or Samaesan fishing village

The clinic i recommended wasn't for testing but for doctor advice about suspected STI, usually they treat with antibiotics without test results anyway, same UK, maybe other countries too

it was a question, Pattaya City hospital, perhaps semi private charged 500 baht years ago when a tourist, the clinic i go to above, 100 baht, they would laugh in your face if you got the prized yellow book out

usually but not always you get a discharge with an STI like gonorrhea or Chlamydia. If you are in Pattaya you can go to the Lifecare lab or if fairly certain it's an STI because of a recent encounter can start antibiotics. An inexpensive clinic is the one on Pattaya Tai by 3rd road crossroads

Didn't you previously say on another thread you'd recommend 18k BTU rather than 24k BTU due to the fan only being the difference? or maybe it was someone else. On the subject of TCLs, any appropriate size inverter or is there a specific model you recommend?

The older tablets will be able to use wifi, maybe have sim also, the problem is battery, often poor so only useful for round the home. I had one recently a couple years old, battery died, couldn't even plug in and use -

As mentioned above you can manage this yourself by going to a lab and get tests, I can't see LDL and total cholesterol staying down unless she changes diet, that won't happen so needs to maintain meds and adjust if applicable
