    You need time for the pain to go, weeks usually, pain killers often don't touch back pain, be patient. Become very aware of what causes little tweaks and avoid

    Difficult to get pass the nurses here without the bill padding, Jomtien Hospital will be cheaper than BHP. Maybe you can bypass Drs and nurses somehow
