I think it's safer. Inconvenient? yes with the lack of U turns. Thepprasit has always been too fast, people turn off Sukhumvit and continue the same speed as the road was so wide
There are better options than those 2 in the area, in the same league, 9 Karat, Pattaya Pad, Pattaya Plaza. Personally it's better to pay a few hundred more and buy elsewhere
