I have mountain view and sea view, but people banging on about a sea view it just isn't that important, sun direction is more important as is a nice view. Certainly i wouldn't want my balcony to face another condo. A high floor view also personal preference, no thanks, seeing sky isn't great -

it is over rated, you like it, your opinion, i see much better views daily out and about, try it -
i keep minimum here now, back home my interest is 5.6%, my Krungsri is 0.9% minus tax

Living high up is also over rated, as is sea view, both get old quickly -

If Zing is using swift then it will be processed as international and the thai bank will charge a few hundred baht so need to factor that in

That's easier to fix than you think, here's some gold advice, put your worries off to next month, when next month comes put them off to following month and continue that, it works 100%

42 degrees was me, i tried to tough it out in my condo, it just got worse, by time i went to hospital it was 42, able to walk there ok. Op if you feel bad enough get to hospital, govt if need be. You feel bad now, it may get worse

If hospitals can't find anything could it be diet causing it? some intolerance going on? Crohn's or something else

Ask Cigna how much the premium would cost if you were 80? (of course when you actually get to 80 it will be higher than that) if that's definitely unaffordable then you may need to self insure sooner or later

You're overthinking the elevator experience, you'd get on well with @JimTripper . I live on a 4th floor Pattaya condo, mosquitoes are very rare, it's a myth, a friend in another condo 11th floor gets them

For a claim under 100k you pay, if over 100k they take off the 100k first to work out what they pay. How did you think it worked?

i use my old phone as a kinda tablet in the condo, use it for setting up a hotspot, tv apps and any dodgy websites
