    Those VT6 48m studios are usually around 15k a month, common fees are low hence why they can't afford new lifts, about 500 baht a month. If it's a low floor and or facing Central festival and ACs maybe 10k is possible

    They transfer the 800k in, bank prints off letter showing 800k, 800k is then transferred back out again, all done in less than an hour. No financial check required with an agent

    If you carefully select the condos that are popular then you have a chance to rent it out often. In UK it's easy to find tenants as there is a housing shortage, in Thailand it's flooded with way too many condos, in Pattaya would be lucky if 50% occupied
