    condo fees on older buildings are often too low, it's difficult to vote through an increase which is needed for new lifts and refurbs along with general maintenance. Instead supplementary fees are requested at AGMs to cover planned work

    70+ people are looking at 200k+ for good health insurance, at 80 300k, that's now, in the future it's much more. If people plan to cancel when premiums get unaffordable, why bother now, save the money ahead of time

    I'm aware of someone who not only had a claim denied because of a disputed pre-existing condition (court case because of it) but previous claims were requested to be repaid, policy cancelled and premiums refunded
