I use a Mokapot, no filter paper needed, does the job well, also on Lazada around 400 baht. i tried a funnel filter coffee once, awful, threw them in the bin, they were highly recommended on this forum

i agree with all that and I'm fit and slim like yourself by the sound of it. I add sugar to coffee, tea, smoothies, porridge. When out cycling add extra sugar to water bottle, helps to prevent a sugar low after a lot of exercise. A lot of unhealthy overweight people out there who are carb and sugar phobic, shame really -

Type 1 doesn't become type 2, Type 1 is incurable. Maybe he got type 2 in addition to 1 if that's even possible, or maybe he had type 1.5 which is a mix of both -
I would listen to your doctor but aren't you overweight? poor diet? which will eventually cause high blood pressure

i guess fat families are more likely to get it as eating the wrong food is normal or even families who generally eat junk all the time and that's normal for them, but if they eat the right food they wouldn't get type 2 -
How about the rain and insects on the balcony? must get dusty also. Just not as practical as kitchen inside

I bought the one below and works well, seems well made and solid, see how long it lasts. In the instructions it recommends using in 20 second max bursts, i reckon that's the key to make it last
