  5. When I completed a quote questionnaire a few years ago they wanted to see my GP records in the UK. I guess if you couldn't find any just more likely a claim denied down the line. 9. i paid 1800 for registration on top of listed price for a Click, this from Bowin, Asia City Motors, depends where you live, dealers like Mityon charge a few thousand more and try to force you to buy rubbish theft insurance, so that will account for about 5k over list price. Try different dealers, look on Facebook and message them there, easy to agree on messenger \ Line
  10. We've got Simon? BM with International insurance got a claim denied and cancellation of insurance. It will be interesting what the ombudsman concludes, I don't think he agrees with your interpretation of the situation

  12. One of the other issues with insurers is they do little checking when people apply for insurance, but when making a claim there the digging really starts, really you want to know when kicking off insurance exactly what you aren't covered for
  13. Investment company where people hold investments, ISAs, Pension etc are verifying addresses, same as has been mentioned for some banks
  14. Looks like UK investment companies have started to verify addresses
  15. As long as they haven't pinned it on the autistic guy
  16. This is true but if the insurers deny the claim you need to find the money anyway and remember you need to self insure for excluded pre-existing conditions
  17. It's a minefield with insurance, Cigna is probably the safest to go with but won't be cheap, cheap ones won't be good. Work out the likely insurance premiums in 5, 10, 15 years, see if you can still afford them, if not might be better to self insure and save up the money until need it later
  18. Target 80kg or less so you're 30kg overweight, that's a lot, couple weeks ago you said you were "a little overweight"
  19. What insurers are your broker recommending?
  20. Stainless Steel corrodes here along with Steel bolts and screws I've had
  21. Why didn't the friends help, old enough to ride motorbikes. Slightly suspicious it isn't a true reflection of events
  22. you need to compete the doc with a fine tooth comb otherwise you'll get a claim denied later

  25. There's an area on the forum with the form templates saved, have a look, it's pinned under visas. You need proof of address, copy rental agreement or blue or yellow book, 2 photos, form, 300 baht
