  1. you got lucky, committing to marrying before meeting is madness, i was amazed how different people can be in real life vs online\telephone\video
  2. Talk about under pressure to say yes. Anyone who's done internet dating knows it's a big mistake to commit straight away to a relationship
  3. ok, friend of mine says that always happens with these voltage controllers, even dimmer switches apparently
  4. Not really as only some have short time rooms

  16. seller needs a residence certificate also
  17. No drawbacks but it can be a painful experience trying to get subject to how difficult the office make it. Many don't bother because it's a PITA
  18. sounds like another thing you're wrong about
  19. i can see them just not bothering to get new tax
  20. Interesting, pity no mention of any motive why he would be killed
  21. i reckon insurers as soon as someone makes a claim they run around the office trying to find an undiagnosed pre-existing condition, it's an easy get out and high 5s all round the office
  22. couldn't see anything + in Thai, anyway you're our guinea pig
  23. Same with every insurance policy, check the premium if 80yo, then if your 5 years away from that increase the premium by a sensible amount maybe 3% a year and see if you can still afford it. Of course you need to self insure for excluded pre-existing conditions
  24. My parents 87 probably drink about 6 cups or less of English tea a day, they're fine
