    Bling is being re-modeled as a club i think, sign out front. XS on walking st is easy no 1 agogo for 100+ pretty girls, expensive asian focused but do 95 baht draft beer so worth a couple there. Windmill upstairs and downstairs open, many fuglies but busy as usual. Dollhouse\Electric Blue partly struggling due to quiet soi 15, opposite buildings closed

    Mine arrived. First problem, motor makes a humming noise when i reduce the voltage, so i think it's a big fail, for the bedroom anyway

    No drawbacks but it can be a painful experience trying to get subject to how difficult the office make it. Many don't bother because it's a PITA

    i reckon insurers as soon as someone makes a claim they run around the office trying to find an undiagnosed pre-existing condition, it's an easy get out and high 5s all round the office

    Same with every insurance policy, check the premium if 80yo, then if your 5 years away from that increase the premium by a sensible amount maybe 3% a year and see if you can still afford it. Of course you need to self insure for excluded pre-existing conditions
