    Think mine is stainless steel as it's for induction hobs, bottom part definitely is. I didn't like the funnel over cup but i can see it has a cleanup advantage. I had a Nespresso pod thing for a couple years, tried all the coffee from Regent st flagship store, i reckon mokapot is comparable with good coffee. Coffee shops have the advantage, 250k machines, good coffee, ideal cups, nice surroundings

    Personally i would pay the ticket 1000 at station but you can try avoiding it by offering 500 or a few hundred there and then, police in Pattaya would accept, Phuket probably the same

    I'm comparing my instant coffee vs mokapot, mokapot takes longer by a few mins, put on hob, heat on low, takes time, plus the mess of ground coffee after. I definitely prefer ground coffee using mokapot but sometimes like this morning i wanted a quick instant coffee with no faff

    i tried plungers, very average result, moka pot uses steam pressure. Advantage of instant is speed and it's consistent

    Surprised that the moka pot works so well, previously people recommended ground coffee using filter funnel thing, wasn't good

    I'd just use my Lazada address. Use Pattaya Sai Song 15 as it's more accurate, there's loads of soi 15s. I include Pattaya and 20150. The Banglamung, nongprue, chonburi is really surplus to requirements but include if you prefer

    You'll find a template online. No docs specified in agreement but to do TM30 which landlord should do you'll need ID and proof of ownership, don't try and offload that to tenants
