I would love to find a good one as well in Pattaya. Been to a couple places and they were ok but didn’t seem like they were really addressing my issues.

I have driven down beach road many times and rarely see a lifeguard on duty. Good that they are practicing, but the city needs to get the budget to help man the empty stands.

They don’t like to discuss this in school. If they even touch on the subject it is usually in the latter years of high school. I spoke to my son about sex, what can happen and even how to use a condom (on a banana) from the time he hit puberty. Kids are becoming more sexually active much earlier than in my day and I wanted him to be prepared. I would always ask him if he needed a condom every time we went to the store. He was embarrassed and shy, but at least I imprinted it in his head. We kept an open dialogue about sex and I told him to use his hand until he found someone that he really liked. Sure he was a bit uncomfortable, but I was very proud of him when he did finally get into a longer relationship and told me “ Dad don’t worry, I used a condom “. I just smiled and said good job. If you have kids you must educate them about sex yourselves. You certainly can’t depend on the school, or their friends.

And they wonder why the household debt is so high. The Thais love to go anywhere that they can take beautiful photos and post them to show off how good they are doing.

I think all businesses should do especially when hiring the new young employees that don’t understand how to budget their money and end up without anything by the end of the month. They should be teaching money management skills in school instead of some of the other useless stuff.

They don’t even follow these policies. How in the world do they think others will. Just a sad state of affairs.

Check Facebook for Medsafe. They have delivery times and dates available for many areas. Safe and easy to use from my understanding. I have friends who use it, but I just go to the local pharmacy for what I need. Good luck.

Well they seem to have forgotten Pattaya in their tourist destinations. Considering Pattaya is well known for its nightlife you’d think that it would be high on their list, but maybe they are assuming that most people know that most of the popular bars here already have later closing hours and brown envelopes to keep them.

It’s a start but they have a very long way to go to get rid of these disgusting people that force or intimidate young boys and girls to sell their bodies.

I had the same issue with my son and had to hire another teacher to teach him to read and write Thai. It took some time, but I bought him some comic books to read when he started. That seemed to help. He loved them and every time we went to the store he would ask for another one. I think if you find something that your child likes and encourage them to read the results will be better. A tutor is a must. I was really annoyed, at first, to learn that the school didn’t teach reading or writing in Thai which I believe is a very important part of a mixed Thai child’s education.

He still should be in jail or go back for a long time. Apparently he didn’t learn anything from his last sentence and is a threat to children.

I was going to get one, but as soon as they announced earlier this month that they will no longer be making watches I pulled out. Who knows when the service will stop.

I moved over here full time when I was 30 in 2000, and it all worked out well. As long as you have a good work ethic and ability to adapt to change, you should be fine. It all depends on the person. I know many people who came here in their 30’s and 40’s and just couldn’t get it right. Spent all their money on girls and partying. To each their own.
