Hang some one £1 of rope ,,, can be used many times ,, lock them up for life is several million $ huge waste resources time and money which could be used for hospitals etc and not visible deterent

Had a go again with Thai E Visa website ,, i can login , I can see all my correct application data , for NON O but when trying to move to next section of the 5 stage application the site just freezes ,, its so frustrating ,, some people say use a different Browser, well I have tried FF, Edge and Google and that makes no difference but I know people who have managed to use The Thai E visa system , and I used other countries E visa systems before with no issues ???

I went back into my Evisa account , for my Thai visa applications they are in there and I can edit them but application freezes at NEXT button and pages do not load to go to next section of application I have tried MS edge and Firefox ,, nothing works any ideas ,, site just freezes

I have worked in 23 countries , not payed tax in any of them for 36 years all legally done , only now I am officially retired do i pay any tax in UK but I wont be paying any in Thailand I have dual citizen ship in EU and with that , even the UK taxes can be minimised all legally

From my experience of buying a couple off plan and then flipping when complete , construction quality is average at best ,, everything is lowest acceptable quality same as Hyde park , Jomtien Paradise , view talay and a few others I have dabbled in over the years after 5 years they all begin to look dingy and cracked ,, managements are only really interested in $$$$$$$ and minimal effort on maintenance just enough to keep up appearances ,, OK for rentals but long term hmmm
