on the reality side of things .... 70 years old ... best shape of my life
start the day with exercise .. push ups, pull ups, chin ups, squats and some sort of ab workout
then a home brewed cappuccino,, / heavy full fat cream
never more than 1 liter of mineral water per day
I eat when I'm hungry .. and eat until I'm satiated . no more than 2 meals a day
Fatty red meat ,, beef never less than 300 grams eggs every meal .. 4-6 size 0 cooked in butter
and 1/2 pack of bacon 1x a day
occassional fish/chicken/pork . oh and don't forget salt !
"0" veggies & grains, fruit "0" carbs and that means "0" fiber no need for sawdust in my diet
more energy than I've had in the last 20 years .. oh. and currently about 10% body fat
