    When applying for the O, Immigration will have you come back at a latter date to get your stamp, just did mine back in September thinking it was either one month or two weeks, this could be a problem for the OP as he only stays in Thailand for a short time, I think agent would be his only safe route

    Just don't understand why they can't work with the IRS, if you file taxes you shouldn't have to do this form, I don't think to many dead people file taxes, have heard a rumor that some of them vote, but that is a different story, getting ready for next year - 555

    Not sure if all banks do it but I have Bangkok Bank and for 15 baht a month I get a sim message for any transaction on my account, well worth it

    what country are you from, if not from the US, UK or Aus you can get an income letter from your embassy that can be used for extensions

    Unless you can show proof of twelve consecutive deposits of 65,000 baht or more in a Thai bank account from a foreign source you will have to have 800,000 baht in a Thai bank on the day of application for your O visa in Thailand, your initial O visa will be for 90 days and then you will apply for a 12 month extension, same financial requirements as applying for the O visa, no need for health insurance for an O visa, OA will require health insurance

    If you are getting it through the American Embassy when it is returned they will provide the letter, no questions asked

    The heading is confusing, permission to stay until June of 22, that is last year, did you mean June of 2023 and passport expires Feb 2024, permission to stay can not be granted past the expiration date of your passport
