  1. Most places provide suitable clothing ........ usually what looks to me like a karate/judo outfit.
  2. VISA valid until end date, extension valid until reason for extension ends or end date if first.
  3. Would point out 66% of the Thai population don't speak Central Thai as a first language. https://www.babbel.com/en/magazine/what-language-is-spoken-in-thailand#:~:text=Thai is the official language,51 of which are indigenous.
  4. I like the PI, been all over SEA and China, can't say I've seen one place that wasn't 'grungy'. It's what Asia does! Compared to the way I would be living now if back in the UK, and was previously living as a middle class white guy, all paradise. PI has particularly nice beaches compared to Thailand, and much cheaper alcohol. Not to mention almost everyone in PI speaks English.
  5. 30bht on the Green San Sai songtaw from the fruit market by the river, up past the bus station through San Sai Noi then on to MaeJo.
  6. Z Library is much better ............ Currently reading 'the Gray Man' thriller series by Matt Greaney Thanks Tim, I'll give The Wager a look.
  7. I have solar electricity ....... fans on cost me nothing. I just felt it was important to become acclimatised to the area/climate in which I live, so I don't use air-con if it's under 36c. I understand a lot of people get used to air-con 24/7, but it's just making you uncomfortable in the long run. My electricity bill is always 200-300bht/month for my 3 bedroom house.
  8. I'm actually fine here, just turned a fan on for the first time today 32c, not too bad at all.
  9. You can't be a blood donor in Thailand if you're over 60yo!
  10. You might be, but I wasn't! Old guys over 65 living in a tropical climate with enough money for beer and a shag are lifes winners. Lets face facts, you only post in this forum to call other white guys losers, where I only see successful retirees....... always look on the bright side of life!
  11. The air pollution has almost gone now. A couple more days of rain and that will be it until next year.
  12. Can't say hospital care is on my list of important life considerations. If it were, I'd still be living in the UK. I'm more interested in unlimited access to sex, alcohol and drugs. Which is why I'm living in Thailand.
  13. The male genetic imperative is to dump your load in as many different women as possible. Pattaya allows men that ability. (Doesn't count if you've had the snip or use condoms)
  14. What makes an alpha is the ability to fight and defeat all others and instill fear in the other males. Equality, fairness, caring is for soft lads who'll never have sex with anyone.
  15. Sounds great, my retired pals back in the UK can't afford to go to bars, and spend all day sitting alone in their shed on allotments. Maybe it's different for old guys in California.
  16. Women are genetically programmed to seek sex with a variety of different men. They might like sex, just not sex with their husband. No woman wants to be impregnated twice by the same man. There was even a study done suggesting women were less fertile with a regular lover. Pattaya hookers display perfect female natural behaviour.
  17. Women aren't withholding sex, wives are withholding sex from their husbands. Briffaults law, western women gain nothing from having sex with their husbands (as they already own all he has and all he will earn) so there will be no sex. I had no problems banging my neighbours wife, daughters, women I met in the pub, friends wives, etc. as they still saw potential gain from the act. Sorry Jim, but you don't have a clue about female motivation, and in the end that's what defines the losers in these situations. As for when this started .... In the UK it was 1997 when the laws were changed to allow rape within marriage, before that a husband didn't need consent.
  18. Can't say, as I always assume any woman that would talk with me was a hooker. But I didn't have any problem meeting local women even though I wasn't that interested, they seemed to be everywhere. My main problem was the alcohol, 50c beer and $1 cocktails, along with cannabis for $10 a bag which everyone was smoking openly around the hotel pool. Didn't have much time for sex as completely slaughtered 24/7, but met plenty of young women I bought drinks for in bars (locals and backpackers). You should contact forum members Yagoda or Burma Bill who both live in SR, I was just a frequent tourist. Enjoyed myself there a lot.
  19. It was really easy before COVID, if you sat in a bar alone, shortly there would be women smiling at you. Bar scene was freelancers, no employees in SR, PP was more like the Pattaya bar scene. Massage places everywhere, and they all wanted to give you their Line address for later. Can't imagine it's changed much.
  20. I'm thinking he's divorced like the rest of us that came here from the west. So feminism probably cost him a house, his pension and his kids. He's also had to compete with women for places at university and jobs. And let's face it, are women any happier now than in the days when they were property?
  21. I need a large TV and a fast internet connection.
  22. Marry or impregnate a local then there's no visa problem.
  23. Sharia law will soon end all Britain's problems.
  24. Most of them appear to be perfectly nice guys that have either been mistreated or ignored by western women. When the influx of Muslim men into our home countries reaches tipping point you'll find out your real place in life!
