In Thailand it's sunny all the time, and equipment is cheap, so far this year only last week was wet and overcast.

Only use air-con when it's over 30c at night. We normally sleep with all windows open and a fan blowing to keep mozzies from landing. This year has been unusually cold, so maybe 4 nights in total.

I paid around 100k for 9 x340w panels, 5k5w inverter and 6kwhr battery. This provides 80% of the electricity for my 3 bed house. Air-con, shower heaters and cooker are connected to the grid. Everything else runs on the inverter. You don't need to plan for high wattage low use devices to run off the solar. My monthly PEA bills are under 200bht.

None of them were educated in the west, and Thailand only offers peasant education. Therefore my wife, daughter and son are all poorly educated. Even the wealthy Thais educated in western countries seem to prefer cheating rather than learning.

ALL Thais are uneducated peasants IMHO, I choose not to mix with any of them. If you enjoy their company it probably means you're as poorly educated as them. And hookers are for private fun, not public display (even Thais know this).

Those numbers are only for white men that never left the western world. And IMHO they're way too high. If I'd stayed in the west it would have been 5 partners, and less than 1x a month.

High school is around 12,000bht/year, if you don't pay the 'extras' they don't accept your kid. University loans are hard to get, and then need to be repaid. Lets assume you borrowed 30k/year, outstanding loan 120kbht. Then the job you get pays 20k/month, and you would have earned 15k/month in a supermarket without a degree. How many months do you need to work to break even? 720k loss from not working 4 years + 120k debt = 840kbht loss ..... made up by 5kbht/month wage increase. So that's another 14 years to break even with someone that left after high school age 18. or another 18 years to break even with someone who left school age 15. Seems you don't have much experience of actually living in Thailand.

Don't understand your post, Bank app scans QR code, then you check the amount and payee, and can pay the amount (PIN required) or not. There are no links involved. How can this be abused or scammed in any way?

I have a TTB 'all free' and a TTB 'no fixed' account. If i make 5 transactions a month on the 'all free' it gives me an additional 0.5% on my 'no fixed' account. No ATM fees for using any ATM in Thailand. Debit card costs 250bht/year.
