As a Marxist, I'm all about giving the workers a fair chance. If they don't want to work, and just take drugs, then they have voluntarily removed themselves from the system. While I bear them no ill will, I don't really care if they live or die. Marxism isn't about giving away free money to all the world, or the right of the world population to live, it's about giving fair opportunity to all male citizens prepared to work.

I'd suggest legalize them all, then sell them cheaply from bars and pharmacies. Bad product gone, drug gangs gone, drug problem gone, drug crimes gone. A win for everyone!

Completely east to understand, dementia removes your ability to plan or think, let alone handle money or immigration. Not to mention it creeps up on you, those around you might notice the onset, but you won't. Poor chap, I've watched many of my family succumb.
