Hang on! "Bitter and twisted"? Has anybody else noticed that recently there appears to be a large number of posts advertising paying for and acquiring a Driving Licence without sitting a test. According to the posters, it is all legal and above board, but somehow I am a bit dubious. Has anybody any experience of applying for one and are there any hidden costs involved?

My assumption is he was on drugs (yabba?) and had a severe attack of paranoia and just wanted to get away from his demons! Unfortunately, it ended up tragically for him.
