Netizens Blast Building A Drain Higher Than The Road

Yes, it's like those power poles left in the middle of new street builds, the other contractors haven't turned up yet. Going to be a thin layer of road base. -
Worst Joke Ever 2025
carlyai replied to warfie's topic in Jokes - Puzzles and Riddles - Make My Day!
A woman was in bed with her lover when she heard her husband opening the front door. 'Hurry,' she said, 'stand in the corner.' She rubbed baby oil all over him, then dusted him with talcum powder. 'Don't move until I tell you,' she said. 'Pretend you're a statue.' 'What's this?' the husband inquired as he entered the room. 'Oh, it's a statue,' she replied. 'The Smiths bought one and I liked it so I got one for us, too.' No more was said, not even when they went to bed. Around 2 AM the husband got up, went to the kitchen and returned with a sandwich and a beer. 'Here, have this' he gives the sandwich and beer to the statue. Then he said to the statue: 'I stood like that for two days at the Smiths house and nobody offered me anything!!..???????? -
It's a difficult decision to stop or not to stop at a crossing. I try to stop for anyone crossing the road, depending on what I see in the rear mirrors. If it's clear of vehicles behind, I stop. If I have vehicles bearing down on me behind, I tend not to stop. Times I've stopped and the pedestrians are walking on the crossing in front of me and a motorbike or car just goes round me. Better in Vietnam where you do what the locals do and pray as you're crossing a road.

Cos I don't to lead you off on a tangent, but you're lookin at this from the reflex right angle. -
Transformers look visually a lot more robust than others I have seen. Probably all good. ???? All you want to do is get the new waterfall lights working, so I'll but out and let the exAperts comment. When you finish the installation can you share how the waterfall looks with the lights on? I've got a waterfall but no lights. ????
-
The reason I asked for a picture was for all to see if you should worry about the way the lights are fed from the power. Now you mention a Pool company wired the lights and you are using a transformer. The transformers I've seen that pool companies in Thailand use are just a bare, cheap and nasty transformer, not an expensive fused and double insulated type. Maybe all is fine. ????

Did you hear that they're not going to make 12 inch rulers any longer. -
Thanks for the chart. I thought that was how they were sized as I've ordered Uniseals before, but these aren't actual Uniseals but a Thai seller equivalent. Much cheaper and seem OK. I bought a sample complete Dutch Bucket but now sourcing all the bits to make 8 more. The sample seller won't tell me where he sourced the Uniseal types from. ????

So I ordered 8 inserts. A bag of inserts was delivered but they were the wrong size. I followed Lazada procedure and got a refund. I think the shop sent 16mm and not 20mm that I ordered. I have used Chat in Thai to the supplier and sent them a pic of what I want but they read the Chat but don't respond to any messages. I wanted to use the supplier to buy the correct inserts. What I need is the name of a good supplier who responds to Chat messages as I want to be sure we agree on where the 20mm is measured. Anyone have a supplier name who answers their Chat messages?

I'm not sure what you mean, the pool has been built for over 5 years. Just getting round to fix all those jobs that never got done. ????
-
Thanks very much for the great responses. ???? Weekly I don't clean the pool, but a farmer guy we use a lot, who helped me build the pool does it, so I don't know how the wheels are going. So going with the recommendations, I'll order the brush type.

My vaccum cleaner head has signs of rust, so I had a look today and there are these large lumps of metal inside the head. All really rusty. Could I fix this problem by cleaning the metal blocks, paint them and wrap in plastic cling wrap? Any suggestions? If I buy a new head it will probably have the same metal weights in it. Seems strange a vaccum head for swimming pools would have large lumps of anything that can go rusty.

There's another problem with not staying at your reported address. If you have a vehicle registered at that address and you get photoed for speeding etc, the fine is sent to that address. If it's like M Flow, the fine is 10x the origional if you don't pay by a certain time. So B30 becomes B300 etc. Could mount up. More cameras coming.

Cop in a backhoe! NE cops destroy the evidence from multiple cases
carlyai replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
No, I'd say nearly every house in our village has one of these 'home made' guns. Go for an early morning or late evening walk in the national park hills and you see many people after game. All got these type of weapons. -
I think if you go in many or most (not dealer controlled) workshops you will find the same workplace where engines, gearboxes etc are assembled and disassembled on the floor or ground. No work benches. It's a bit off-putting at first, but you get used to it. Biggest mistake I made years ago when I had a warped head redone was to ask them why they weren't using a torque wrench....then they stripped the threads. ????
