True Story: Long time ago I worked for a big Catholic International school in Bangkok. Unfortunately we had our beloved director boss die (heart attack), our science teacher and all his family and inlaws die (house fire and all those bared doors and windows) and someone else from our school family die. Devistating. All in the same week. So the priests organised an exorcism. It was Halloween Day. On Halloween Day the school kids always dress up as witches, gobblins, 2 headed monsters etc. So, there we all were ( the whole primary, middle and high schools), doing 3 laps of the school ground, with a big cross and priest leading a large mob of teachers, creatures, goblines, witches, 2 headed people, dogs howling.... Unreal, an exosism in Thailand on Halloween Day. ????

I've had the meter box screws loose causing HR joint problems, and my first consumer unit the installer overtightened and stripped the thread and cause HR joints as well. If I'm going to do my own solar installation next year, thought I should have one. I know from working on car engines that a torque wrench is a must (for me anyway). Just have to cut SWMBO budget from giving the Monks expensive meals in the morning. Still think she can be reborn with just sticky rice offerings for a while. ????

So what type of torque screwdriver did you use for your battery setup?

To me that's a bit surprising, seeing that many people have Solar and battery setup. But cost is expensive.

What are the recommendations for a torque screwdriver, for torquing up electrical screw etc connections. Lots on Lazada, don't know which is best.

What do you pay for your house and 3rd party insurance?

No it's just the house.

We have a house in Pattaya city we rent out. The house insurance before was B5400 for house insurance of B4.3 million. We have rented it out before and the insurance price was the same, but this year the price has jumped to B7000 odd for the same house value. The insurance agent said the cost increase is incase a fire at our place causes the places alongside to catch fire. Is this correct or should we change insurance agents. We were thinking of increasing the insurance value to B5 Mil. as we have had some people interested in buying at B5 mil.

All my doors have the rail on the top not the bottom. So when you're old you don't trip over the rail on the floor. ????

One of our sliding inside to outside doors is rubbing on the door frame when opened, wearing away the metal. Apart from the small matter that none of the door frames are square (legacy of not being here when doors installed), the problem has gotten worse. I think it is a problem with the top wheels or rollers. Anyone fixed a similar problem, or know how to take these heavy doors off? Maybe it's a job for a local ExAPert with a big hammer and rounded of flat-blade screwdriver?

At a local shop was B60 then after all the laughing because I asked for 2 Leo beers instead of 2 LeOOO beers it went up to B65. Big fat lazy girls, laying down, with their phones, customer comes and they laugh like drains and jack the price up per bottle. They just don't understand I'll never buy from that shop again.
