I simply do not see the problem with cargo shorts in a very hot climate and a vest is definitely better than a bare chest. My point was very simply that dress sense is not a good way to judge a character as long as it is within the bounds of acceptability in the host country.

The 'Activity' drop-down menu under 'More' on the top bar is a little annoying to use - it's too easy to accidentally navigate away from it by rolling over one of the other links on the bar. 

That's a coincidence, I generally dress like that other guy in the picture.

I've met a few people who only started venting their real feelings about various things once we knew each other fairly well.  Previously, it had (understandably) all been light and fluffy as we all 'felt each other' out - discovering whether we were trustworthy (if you get what I mean without automatically assuming a sexual dimension ).
