Real Estate agent for condo sale
kwonitoy replied to Spaniel's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
https://seaboard-properties.com/ They have a office in the lobby of View Talay 7. They sold my condo in VT7, 3 years ago, and I was very happy with there services. The girl in charge hired an electrician to do minor repairs, other tradesmen and cleaners to make the property sparkle. Walked both the buyer and myself through the land office procedures Took care of canceling my prepaid electrical contract Accompanied me to the bank for translation if needed for the money transfer out of the county Excellent service. -

A neighboring country has more than enough to fuel the US until oil is replaced with something else. Shouldn't have cancelled Keystone XL joe, it was almost completed, and still could be. 3. Canada - 167 Billion Barrels It may come as a surprise to see Canada as #3 on this list. Mostly known as the land of friendly people, moose, and snowy winters, Canada also has significant oil reserves in the western province of Alberta, however. This petroleum sits in the country’s controversial oil sands. -

I had the exact same problem with a similar setup under my sink in the master bathroom. I was trying to clean the threads out as your trying to, and wound up twisting the fitting and breaking it inside the wall itself. Bite the bullet, get a guy in to dismantle the wall and redo the plumbing that you can't get at. You probably cannot fix this from the outside. Cost me 4,000 baht and zero stress as it got done while I was at work.

Airlines are the first check for correct visas, but they don't always get it right. Some years ago I was travelling to work in Dallas. Flew from Bangkok to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to Dallas. In Frankfurt after checking in, at the boarding area they did an additional passport check for correct visas to enter the US. I'm a Canadian and do not need a visa to enter the US. Boarding agent checks my passport, no US visa starts making a fuss. Supervisor comes over checks my passport says to me no visa you cannot enter the US. I try explain that I've been to US dozens of times and work there and have never had a visa. I did point out my TN work stamp but they didn't know what it was so ignored it. The Supervisor went to get her boss, and that guy took my passport and disappeared for what seemed a very long time. When he came back handed my passport back and explained to the gate agents and the Supervisor that I don't need a US visa as a Canadian. Luftstansa Airlines by the way

Income verification letter for Canadians
kwonitoy replied to Bobthegimp's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You need to take your income verification letter to the embassy in person. I did for years when I was working, using a letter from our accountant with a statement of total yearly income You have swear to the officer that the information is correct and then you get a letter from the embassy that has your income amount and it's got a embassy letterhead and a stamp on it. Forget the cost, I didn't use this method for the last 3 or 4 years I switched to 800,000 Baht in the bank method, -
How long should I wait to take antibiotics again?
kwonitoy replied to Aina24's topic in Health and Medicine
Purely anecdotal, but I had my 3 remaining wisdom teeth removed last month and all I took was some Advil for pain for the first couple of days. Top 2 were a breeze but I had a days worth of bleeding on the one bottom one. YMMV. Very glad that it's a one time thing I'm 64 for what it's worth. -
I don't know how you make the connection between using Google pay with my phone to be tracked by Google. I don't really like the tracking by Google either, it's why I've got it turned off, along with most other features. If you have a phone law enforcement can always find your location these days Google pay is simply an electronic form of your credit card. You don't like these options along with the tap and pay. So be it. In Thailand you can get by with cash and I did for many years. Now that I live in Canada cash is almost an extinct thing and I've always got my phone with me.

Register your card on Google Pay and leave your card at home if your worried about it's security. I had my Visa credit card compromised in Canada, Visa called me at 2:00AM to check on a charge. The charge wasn't mine so the rep said the card is now dead, effective immediately. The charges were also reversed. The card was compromised by using it for Internet payments, not by tapping it. However she told me if I had the card registered for use with Google Pay I could still use my phone to pay for things with the same credit card number. She also said that Google Pay's security is multitudes better than Visa's.

I had a Honda foreman for several years when I lived in Issan. Was putting together a large rubber operation and this this was worth its weight in gold. No registration drove it on the roads, no problem. Pictured being used doing rubber tree knockdown recovery work. I was asked by several higher ups where I got it and how much. Can-ams are for sale in Thailand and they are expensive.

I was relatively young 53 years old. I used a walker once on the first day after the operation, it was flimsy and scared the heck out of me. I asked for and got crutches being used to them. I found the Thai doctors and therapists to be way too cautious, first therapy had me on my back waving my arms around with a 1 kg weight, at that point in my life and today I can bench press 60kg easily. Doctor told me 3 months to walk unaided, I did it a lot faster. Oh, are you doing you're exercises? Scissor leg lifts, do foot pumps when you're sitting, the more you do the easier it becomes.
-
Exercise Lay on your good side and do a scissor leg lift with your operated on leg. Do this when you watch TV, do it when standing. Do it all the time. The more you do the quicker your muscle will recover. After you can do leg lifts easily, add some weight, I used my steel toed work boots. As said, ditch the walker, go to crutches. Once you can start walking, I used a walking staff I found a cane to be to unstable. I was walking unaided in about 6 weeks, but carefully. Get out and walk, and while walking keep a even stance, it's easy to get into a limping kind of walk to favor your weak leg. Don't do that. I would walk in the morning and evening with the sun behind me and watch my shadow to keep from limping. Hope they got the leg close to the other one, mine was 1.5cm shorter. If so your pelvic bone will adapt, takes about 2-3 years. I used shoe lifts on the short side for a while, but the doc said not to, but DON'T limp Been 10 years for me now, the only real PITA is airport screening
