Just use the bike.
You can register/insure it each year if you have book.
Yes, but the legal owner can come and take it back at any time..just having the green book is not enough.

Exactly the way to do it.

it seems for me that the ''miss'' were all ladyboys
There is no mention I can see on the Facebook post about it being a "lady boy" competition..
they expressly say "women" and not "people of the third gender" as "lady boys" are now referred to in the media.
Anyway number 8 and number 15 look quite "alright" to me ????

Pic shows 3 "Engineers" on the pole oposite my house, where my meter is.
Why on earth is the meter not located on your property ( yes I know T.I.T)
unfortunately (as far as I know) you are responsible for the wires on the output side of the meter, I would ask them to move the meter to the wall outside your house..they probably won't agree but worth asking.
Looks like there are at least 6 meters on that pole..I wonder if any of your neighbours have also received huge bills lately ?

The second possibility is to trust my girlfriend with the chanote and lease/usefruct via her.
Or have her get a mortgage which you pay the repayments...then she has an incentive to be nice and if you do break up you just walk away..then go rent somewhere else.

“This move will cut down on the number of fraudulent lottery sellers and solve the problem of speculation, which makes the price of lottery tickets so expensive,”
Just move the whole thing online...allocate a fixed percentage to be paid to the ex lottery sellers till they naturally expire...none for the middlemen means more towards "good causes" such as disabled, homeless and children's charities...government can take a lessor cut too.

Is it really stainless, or just galvanized?
Yes hard to tell from the photo I know welding galvanised steel gives off a horrible smelling and supposed to be "highly toxic" gas.

I thought that welding stainless steel is a danger to health?
Yes any sort of welding produces "bad gasses" but as these where done in the open air the effect would have been much reduced.
29 minutes ago, cooked said:how do they compare pricewise?
Stainless will be more expensive...but you wont have to paint it and it should last longer due to less corrosion however there are different grades of stainless steel some do rust.

Try another computer..
If the USB stick has been heavily written to in the past it has possibly worn out..they have limited write cycle lifetime...so not so good for use in continuous logging or video recording applications.
