Starts off really well then with "a source" ( AKA a CIA agent) says that the state department has deleted evidence...why would the department delete evidence of an alleged war crime ? The Yale researchers don't have backup of the "evidence" ? Why is Yale monitoring 116 sites in Russia ? is that also known as spying ? Here is what I think, they know the alleged war crime was spurious at best this "loosing of evidence" will allow them to drop the case without looking too stupid or admitting it was spurious in the first place. Lets wait and see.

The power plant has been under Russian control since the start...Ukraine has repeatedly shelled it trying to cause a disaster they also blew up a dam providing cooling water, but the plant has backup and I believe the reactors are in a dormant state but still need constant supervision. The IAEA seem quite satisfied that the Russians are looking after the plant properly.
