Worldwide pressure is building to stop the mRNA Covid-19 jabs
johng replied to Red Phoenix's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
At long last I hope things continue in the right direction and this whole debacle is exposed for the tragedy it became ( not that it had to be but was non the less) Hey even Boris Johnson 🤡 is having second thoughts about things !! -
Who paid for the new tap if the "unnamed" company would not replace it ?

How does your reading of "conspiracy theory's" translate into children getting measles....unless you are afraid that after reading all sides/arguments you would change your mind about vaccination and thus you yourself might become a "dangerous antivaxer" As the report in this thread exposes vaxed or unvaxed no children in the study group died from COVID and only those vaccinated suffered from heart problems, its looking bad for the vaccinated group IMHO

Transfer ownership of bike from another province
johng replied to JimmyTobacco's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Just to clear up some confusion in my mind sorry its a rather confused mind 😋 The car is/was registered in which province... number plates ? the tent dealer managed to transfer ownership to you (new name in blue book) without changing number plates and the plate province and your address province in the blue book are different ? In my experience unless you go to the province the vehicle is already registered in to do the transfer at the main DLT, ( and all your documentation ducks line up ie you are resident / living in that province) you will have to change province of the vehicle before they will transfer ownership, changing province also entails a new number plate this "change of province"can be done at the original province DLT or your local main DLT nearest to home then also transfer ownership without having to travel halfway across the country...of course its been a few years since a bought an out of province vehicle and things may well have changed for the better Yes it is true that you can pay tax and insurance yearly in any province does not matter who pays or where...but that is not the same as changing the registered owner of the vehicle. Lots of Thai's also never actually register the vehicle in their name they just keep hold of all the relevant documents...keep paying the yearly tax and insurance it only becomes a "problem" when/if they want to sell the vehicle. -
Rubbish ! it is there reported by that "esteemed" agency Reuters for "your lying eyes and ears" to behold....Where did Russia come into the meeting between Zelensky and his war mongering senator "friend" ? Pointless questions ! which you can answer yourself I don't care. You can go find the video of Blinken and Nuland saying much the same thing, but doubt you'll take the time to do so.

Ha Ha that's quite funny every Thai household is glued to the TV already and those not glued to TV are glued to a smartphone the "information" is "propaganda""

Not a single person on my ignore list...though there are those that I don't bother to reply to..still always good to read all the opinions of anyone (real person) that takes time out to post even those I disagree with entirely. Though we don't know the bots/AI from the humans these days..still just don't bother to reply to suspected AI bots or just anyone/thing you don't want to engage with.

ID check-mate: DLT gears up for tight security drive with ThaID app
johng replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
I'm sure there will be a way for us "dirty foreigner aliens" to renew... don't worry (too much ) be happy. I did it just a few days ago the main difference from 6 years ago was that you now have to sit through a few hours of online video watching on the DLT website, miscellaneous multiple choice questions pop up during the (torture) session after completing the "training" they issue a certificate which you present along with the piles of other documents and photocopies at your local Department of Land Transportation where they then test your eyesight and reaction times take a digital photo and after paying in cash receive the nice new shiny licences...at all time maintaining ultimate zen and "woosa" calm at all times 😋 -
I have no idea what on earth you are talking about.. Putin is not Hitler and the war in Ukraine is a lost cause unless you are willing to go to the Nuclear option... stop pouring billions of hard earned British tax payers money down a bottomless and futile pit...the British people need it more than ever after the years and years of "austerity" ie: bailing out the fat cat bankers and stock market Ponzi schemers than the whole Covidiocy scheme !!! enough already !!!

Sattahip Women Arrested for Playing Card Game Without Asking for Permission
johng replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
well kind of, but the lottery is legal and the other sorts of betting are not however there was a recent update to gambling laws so you can bet on cock fights and buffalo races during certain times of the day but still can't have a game of poker or bridge at home with your friends,,, total madness -
Transfer ownership of bike from another province
johng replied to JimmyTobacco's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Yes a few times what province do you live in and what province is the bike currently registered in ? (province on the number plate) -
I receive 0 support from the UK government (at the moment) paid Tax and NI for years, used the NHS one time and claimed a measly 100 uk pounds per week "jobseekers" allowance for a few months whilst looking for work after the 2017/2018 bankers bailout recession. Ridiculous stop spending billions on pointless wars and instead spend it on the needy UK citizens and UK infrastructure.

In the same vein when your car gets a puncture just buy a new car

They where given indemnity ie: they cannot be sued ! the injured party has to try and sue the government however there are some lawsuits in process trying to overturn that indemnity by establishing that the manufactures fraudulently claimed 100 % "safe and effective" ( remember that ? ) and knew that it was anything but.

It's quite simple apart from very very rare circumstances involving lots of money you (foreigner not Thai) can not own land in Thailand..yes you can own the house built on the land you do not own for what that's worth As said above you can fully 100% legally own a condo in the foreign quota or you can rent a nice house for a small (comparative) amount of money and have the option to move immediately when a karaoke bar,pig farm or motorcycle dyno testing facility opens next door.
