very interesting, it depends also how the house is made of, I mean here in Thailand a metal roof home on concrete pillars/footing are almost a Faraday cage, roof is grounded by the pillar rebars, adding some heavy conductor cables from roof to ground should help.

there are SPDs with different classes to install in different positions inside your home. starting from class 1-2 from the main and class 3 to install very close from the device to protect like, fridge, tv, aircon, dishwasher, pc etc. you will not 100% protected but better to have them installed in my opinion.

there is no CBD inside the seeds or its oil or at least it's very close to zero %, you need the flowers or even the whole plant but not the seeds to extract cbd. -

72 hours working but it was 20 years ago, now it would be impossible even just 24 hours, so the age makes the difference. -
before to leave Thailand be sure to activate the roaming by Customer service, then you can top up from your home banking or even lazada, you don't need necessarily top up to keep alive the prepaid SIM but just buy days for few bath. I use trumove but you can do that with almost all sim card I guess.
