    I use the glass French press in the op - cost under 120THB and works well with very little or no sediment with correctly sized groundings, I grind my own. Always boil new water for each cup, very fast way to drink coffee and uses the least amount of coffee beans.

    One cannot be expected to pick up a phone call on the whim of the caller. It may be inconvenient to speak or unsafe if driving. If the call was anything of importance they would have called again.

    That happened to me too. After several overseas trips and not needing to do a 90day but staying on the same Non O and extending it my next 90 day needed a visit to CW again!

    So lowering screen brightness enabled the banking apps to run again?! I have my doubts! FWIW I went to accessibility settings on my Xiaomi phone as I have never been there before, and they are turned on by default so I left them on. All my banking apps work as well!

    Why would anyone guess that? This guy is from the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs that issues the DTVs. The 90 day reports are a requirement by Immigration and should apply to any foreigner staying more than 90 days.

    Why would anyone want to do that - its just creating more electronic waste? Just copy the files from original CD using the old optical drive to some hard drive or USB storage or better still get the files from the internet if the product is still there.

    Isn't the DTV a one time only and not repeatable after 5 years is up? I thought I heard that?

    Indoor compressor air conditioning systems do exist where local laws may prohibit adding them to the external building areas? I have never seen them in Thailand. The heat generated still needs to go via insulated ducting to the outside some way or other. Maybe the op never noticed the ducting?
