The home owner should do the TM30. If thats a foreigner or Thai then thats who does it? If the Thai is supposed to do it but doesn't know how to or want to do it, the foreigner can offer to help using the Thai's ID if they agree.

I suppose this must be a peculiarity of this particular IO, as the normal requirement is a TM30 report is not needed unless changing pp, permanent address or visa? So international travel with a re-entry permit does not normally need a new TM30.

I finally got the approval PDF file emailed this evening - so CW took 9 days to approve. The PDF was backdated to 9 days ago to when I applied online. I will now cancel the appointment back up plan in case I didn't get approved.

I keep my own reminders and not rely on waiting for Imm to email a reminder. I reported on line for CW on schedule 5-Jan (inside the 15-7 day prior window) without having received any email reminder. I got an immediate email pending and PDF file - so all good I thought and wait. A week later I got an email reminder I need to make a 90 day report even as my previous report a week earlier is still pending. Still pending 9 days later. Previously I got the approved PDF the next day.
