  1. ...the policy appears to have three specific targets: residents trading in foreign stock markets through foreign brokerages, cryptocurrency traders, and Thais who have been exploiting a loophole that allowed them to bring. foreign earnings into the country tax-free after keeping it in an offshore account for more than a calendar year.
  2. Been reading these daily but Jomtien has hardly had any measurable rainfall the entire month of September. I know many Isaan provinces are getting plenty, but not down here Jom/Patts. Dry as a desert bone yet humid as hell.
  3. Because they haven't a clue. They can't even buy one. Never have...never will. Total imbeciles running this country. Always just premature oral ejaculation, then retract or rectify later due to their own misunderstanding (ineptitude) and lack of forethought/foresight.
  4. Couldn't tell it in Suk/Asok area of BKK. Just spent 5 days there and thought the national lingo had been changed to Chinese❗????
  5. I, for one, would be elated. Trump too. Better world immediately without the likes of these two malignant humanity cancers.
  6. I give ya until...10, 9, 8, 7... Good luck.
  7. Boil lanced from his phony bedridden dumass❗????
  8. I agree, they're all empty here already in Jomtien and parts of Pattaya. This place is wildly overbuilt and ripe for some comeuppance. Hope so❗
  9. Near everyone, everywhere, in any capacity is inept here. Apologies to those who'll claim I'm bashing. JUST CALLIN 'EM AS I SEE 'EM. And I've seen 'em for 30 years now.
  10. Another Typically Thailand ill-considered, greedy money grab by the same ol' inept nitwits. Different names and faces, same ol' stooges. If you're really so concerned about financial inequality, then open the vast Thailand coffers and lead by example. Eliminate the caste system. Provide gainful employment with livable wages...not "slave labor" wages. And MAN UP and do it from within. Don't do it off the backs of retired foreigners already spending all their hard earned money here. Take responsibility FOR ONCE.
  11. Yep cuz guaran-effin-teed,..we...none of us...ever know the full story. Don't care how long we (you) been here nor how long we've (you) been with (y)our Tirak/wife/gf/partner/whatever...we (including YOU) NEVER know what's going down behind (y)our backs. Never...EVER. May think you do, but you're only fooling yourself. Word. ????
  12. I know. Thx. Glad u have finally realized it❗
  13. I agree and the US should start right at home with The Tyrant Creature of Mar-a-Lagoon❗????
  14. Not a fan of anything Jordan Peterson. He's a word salad spinner. No answers to anything...only more nonsensical questions. The guy is a moron.
  15. CW is inept and seemingly incapable of handling online 90 Day reports. SO happy I don't have to deal with that place any longer. Had to wait a full 2 hours for my online 90 Day approval in Jomtien last month, which was twice as long as the previous online report. ????
  16. Agreed. It's gross and shameful and pathetic. But everyone and everything has it's price and he's got plenty of it.
  17. Just yo agent showing off another happy customer❗ My question is...why didn't you just ask your agent❓
