  1. Which is correct, if utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.
  2. Last time I renewed in person at US Embassy in BKK was 2004. Back then, I retained my old passport until I returned to collect the new PP. At that time, they cancelled the old. Do you, or anyone, know if this is still the case?
  3. Already (in this very thread) quoted both British and Irish passport services from their website. The info I provided in my last post was specifically about USA passport service and is the exact response...verbatim, copied and pasted...I received yesterday from Key Visa.
  4. Emailed Key Visa and asked about USA Passport Service. Below is the response... This is correct the cost is 10,000 bht including passport We need only passport and 2 x pics 2" x 2" white background Takes 3 weeks total
  5. หางเครื่อง "Dancer" Think got it right this time.
  6. Deleted. Wrong song, I think.
  7. Found this for British PP. Why not give them a holler and inquire about USA? Key Visa can take away all the hassle of renewing your British passport in Thailand for a service fee of just 5000 baht (this is in addition to your passport renewal fee) which includes document checking, photocopies, taking the application to Bangkok and collecting the new British passport when it is ready.
  8. On the link you provided in the OP, clicked on a link for renewal of Irish passport. All the way down near the bottom of that page it stated the price was B12,000, including passport fee. 7. Either you or Key Visa will receive a telephone call or an e-mail from the Irish Consulate when your passport has arrived. Key Visa staff will then collect the passport and bring it back to Pattaya with the old one. At present it is taking 6 weeks to arrive back in Thailand. PIECE OF MIND FOR ONLY 12,000 Thai baht inclusive of the passport fee.
  9. All flights at Swampy, both domestic & international, are accessed from the same level and general area. The dropoff makes no difference. Just go to your carrier's check-in and be on your way. It's simple, but gates are quite distant and require alot of walking. Some moving walkways are provided. Request wheelchair assistance if long walks are a problem.
  10. Nothing like following a failed plan and leading from behind. Oh wait...TIT...so business as usual. "Wars on Drugs" have been colossal, expensive failures in every country which has declared such, which always cause more harm than good.
  11. So? Exploitation, incarceration and causing suffering of fellow earthlings for spectator pleasure and gambling, by supposedly a more advanced species, is the epitome of animal cruelty, regardless of how you and others choose to spin it. Almost as bad as the dreadful and unimaginable suffering caused to (other) animals for taste pleasure.
  12. Don't know, but why not just use Bolt or Grab?
  13. No ???? and not new, nor news. This country has enjoyed very strong economy, currency and success off the backs of near slave labor force & wages since...forever.
  14. Good. About time. Long overdue.
  15. ???? vs ???? = ???? wins every time.
  16. Not unusual here. Many Thai males same, with violence and murder as the outcome, if on a lesser scale. Only positive in the heartbreaking and horrific story is that he took himself out. Should have just started with himself and left all innocents out.
  17. Last resort, above. First plan of action...GTFO‼️
  18. Hopefully you'll get it sorted easily. In the future, why not keep the balance comfortably above the minimum to avoid such mishaps? Say B10k-B100k+. ????

  20. Going out on a thin limb here, but thinking they'll find calculated, cold-blooded murder, by a maniac, from gunshot and knife trauma, as the cause of death.
