The ABC is a government propaganda tool, akin to the BBC in the UK, with it's corresponding left wing narrative. I feel sorry for you if you believe everything that you see on it, dumbly accepting it as scripture, accepting without question. Here's a newspaper headline from January 6th 2018:
‘Hospitals have already been forced to cancel tens of thousands of operations and NHS chiefs fear things will only get worse… On Tuesday, hospitals were ordered to cancel up to 55,000 non-urgent operations and put patients in mixed-sex wards to create more room.’
The NHS has a ‘winter crisis’ thanks to overloaded intensive care wards, year after year. But nobody ever thought before that this could be solved by strangling the country and forbidding grandparents to hug their grandchildren. Hospital are full in some parts of the country, and patents are being transferred to other hospitals - it happens year after year.
And please show which of the points I made was untrue - you won't be able to.
I read the ABC propaganda drivel but i mistakenly thought it was a weekly snowflake journal for those in need of a hug and a good cry........ What a croc......

No not really, it's a fact that shouldn't be forgotten...... The treatment of Burmese and other cheap labour nationalities shouldn't be swept under the carpet even if it is distasteful........ Do you know if those Burmese involved in the Kho Tao murders have been pardoned yet ? We all know they wern't guilty as well.....

However, the Government offices such as immigration are left opened and will be crowded after the long holiday week and weekend, and not just at CW but at the outlying immigration locations where the 4 border countries need to apply for their visas or do 90 day reports. Silly really.
It's all silly really...... But who's gonna pull the plug ?

What can i say, after all the garbage over the years that i've endured coming out of certain departments of the government i can only look on Thailand's current situation as i would look on my mother in-law driving over a cliff in my new BMW....... I just hope when all this madness ends people don't forget the actions of those in power when the going got tough......... Blame, blame ,blame....... disgusting....... The AZ Oxford vaccine will be made in Thailand for domestic and SE Asian markets.
Maybe their regulatory rules are stricter than the UK's as the vaccine passed there.
Mind you the Pfizer vaccine was ok'd in the UK a few days before anywhere else which makes
me a little nervous, especially as they have stuck the first dose into my mother already.
Them damn British again ! First caves, now vaccines........ !

Thai hospital banned from offer to sell COVID-19 vaccine

BANGKOK (Reuters) - A private Thai hospital was ordered on Sunday to stop advertising COVID-19 vaccinations for sale in advance on the grounds that no vaccine is yet approved in Thailand.
Vibhavadi Hospital told Reuters its online offer for 1,000 initial reservations for the two-dose Moderna vaccine had been the result of a misunderstanding. With reservations priced at 4,000 baht, the total cost of getting vaccinated would have been 10,000 baht ($330).
As the first governments begin vaccine rollouts around the world, questions have been raised over how the limited supplies are prioritised and whether people will be able to pay to jump the queue.
The Ministry of Health said in a statement that no COVID-19 vaccine had been approved for use in Thailand yet and that advertising one violated hospital regulations.
"The removal of the advertisement was ordered," it said.
Chaisit Kupwiwat, a director at Vibhavadi Hospital, told Reuters: "There was a misunderstanding and so we've stopped the programme... We planned to order the vaccines, but now we've stopped."
The hospital had sought reservations by Jan. 31 for vaccinations later in 2021.
Moderna did not respond immediately to an emailed request for comment on any such sale.
Thailand has signed an advance deal for AstraZeneca’s potential COVID-19 vaccine, but has not set rollout plans for any vaccine yet.
Moderna's vaccine this month became the second to get emergency use authorisation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration after the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine.
Moderna has said it will deliver approximately 20 million doses to the U.S. government this year and is expected to have between 100 million and 125 million delivered globally in the first quarter of 2021.
In August, Moderna said it was pricing its vaccine at $32 to $37 per dose for smaller deals.
Thailand is a major hub for medical tourism, drawing patients from Asia, the Middle East and beyond.

I recommend to check the publications of the vaccine manufacturers and studies about the vaccines in British Medical Journal:
eg. BionTech clearly states, that the vaccine is tested to protect you against getting severe Covid symptoms - and nothing else.
That means, it is absolutely unclear, if the vaccine is also delivering
Sterile Immunity = protecting against infection of others.
It is not for nothing, that several health ministers are demanding that -even after vaccination - you have to stick to face masks and social distancing !
Wouldn't it be nice to find out who's got the major manufacturing rights for face masks in Thailand....... Maybe it's like the sole helmet importer from years back....... Follow the money.......
