It is called being a child crying over spilt milk, and equivalent to throwing a tantrum in the store when the toy they want is not bought. For him to believe the country is rigged or corrupt shows the same poor ability to look at thinks from a intellectual perspective. I wonder if Trump could even tell you about the 3 branches of the US government and what each one does. I also wonder if he understands what the 14th Amendment is, or if his followers understand the same.

I have called the restaurant myself many times when my orders were not correct not the delivery company. The rider picks up the order which has your name on it. They then double check the name when they deliver it, and many take a photo as proof they delivered it to you, at least in BKK they do. Many times the restaurant realizes they put the wrong item in a wrong bag, remake the order and send it out to us. So it makes perfect sense.

Prawit Denies Involvement In Anti-Pita Conspiracy
ThailandRyan replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
This government who is in power still, even in a caretaker role, makes a mockery out of free elections. They have all been complicit in playing behind the scenes to twist the stories to there benefit......my dead friend gave me this statement. -
Wonder where his fanbase was today, and why only a few decided to show up to the arraignment. Amazes me that the polls show he has such a huge base, yet when he cry's wolf no one is there in person. People need to remember that he is being tried by the Judicial Branch and neither of the other two branches are involved. Separation of powers make that possible. This was not a political job, and no-one else except the special counsel investigated, brought in a grand jury to view the evidence, and then indicted him. Hardly anyone showed up to protest Trump's arraignment today... but Twitter sure had a lot to say about it (msn.com)

Looks like his rhetoric and fan base, all but a few, have decided they wont be bothered to protest. My take on it is they do not want to be arrested for breaking laws if they followed the lead protagonists. Hardly anyone showed up to protest Trump's arraignment today... but Twitter sure had a lot to say about it (msn.com)

"Biden is trying to jail his leading political opponent"
ThailandRyan replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Yet in his mind he believes he is still the POTUS and is only in a Time out that will be overturned one day when he is reinstated.....in his mind. He really does need some kind of help in seeing the light at the end of the tunnel like some of well make that all of his followers. I am not a Republican, nor a Democrat, and I hate politics, yet as a retired former LEO with a Military background, his taking of documents against the PRA and without turning them over to the National Archives should be prosecuted. If he takes a plea deal, he will have technically been found guilty, and as such under he 14th amendment be ineligible to run or take office. His followers just do not understand this. Once again Biden is not trying to jail the Donald, it is the legal system and the DOJ, and outside of Bidens control, ie... Jack Smith who is a is a Special Counsel. Smith is outside of the DOJ in regards to his investigations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_counsel The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and— (a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney's Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and (b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter. The attorney general sets the subject jurisdiction of the special counsel: The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel's investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted. -
Teslas non-disclosure agreements all employee's must sign is a very secretive document and the few who have spoken out or shown videos, the few out there, have been terminated. No wonder there are no videos or audio of the incidents being claimed. Hard to keep ones job which puts food on the table or deciding to go public and possibly end up with nothing...... Just a portion and it is pretty vague: https://images1.cityfeet.com/d2/4euxLt7i4MC6TiKpqbyK4Xlbet-dhgihMM4WC5zppSk/document.pdf 1.“Confidential Information” means confidential information that is disclosed by Tesla to Applicant and which is disclosed (a) inwriting and marked or orally identified as confidential at the time of disclosure, or (b) in any other manner and identified as confidential at the time of disclosure. 2.Applicant agrees that, for a period of five years after receipt of each item of Confidential Information, it will (a) not disclose suchConfidential Information to any third party but may disclose to its employees who agree to be bound by this Agreement and who must know the Confidential Information to effectuate the Purpose; and (b) not use Confidential Information except for the Purpose; and (c) protect Confidential Information with the same degree of care as it uses for its own information of like importance, but not less than reasonable care.

No rain forecast for most of Thailand in July
ThailandRyan replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Down here south of Hua Hin the governments been adding more water storage areas alongside Hwy 4 and filling them up as fast as they can. It's the first time I have also had my well and storage tank run low. Had to turn off the pump and have a truck make a delivery last week. When I asked why I was told they were pumping the aquifers to get water for folks in HH who were out. Need that rain, had a heavy day yesterday, water still pooled over my lawn in spots. If nothing in July, we'll then my lawn will have to go brown as I will turn the sprinklers on only intermittently. Water for the pool and home use is more important. -
Reddit just went ‘dark’, and the site is in chaos
ThailandRyan replied to Social Media's topic in IT and Computers
There is a reason it went dark. Apparently it is back up now. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.theverge.com/2023/6/12/23758002/reddit-crashing-api-protest-subreddit-private-going-dark&ved=2ahUKEwjDrMrU-77_AhX3cGwGHczCBHcQFnoECBMQAQ&usg=AOvVaw271CYoiKzscVtPJO4fMZYu Reddit went through some issues for many on Monday, with the outage happening the same day as thousands of subreddits going dark to protest the site’s new API pricing terms. According to Reddit, the blackout was responsible for the problems. “A significant number of subreddits shifting to private caused some expected stability issues, and we’ve been working on resolving the anticipated issue,” spokesperson Tim Rathschmidt tells The Verge. The company said the outage was fully resolved at 1:28PM -
Were they not ordered turned over by another judge? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/mar/22/trump-lawyer-evan-corcoran-mar-a-lago-documents?traffic_source=Connatix Donald Trump’s main lawyer – who was involved in turning over classified-marked documents at the Mar-a-Lago resort to the justice department last year – must provide his notes and audio transcripts to the criminal investigation after a federal appeals court rejected twin efforts to block the order. The US appeals court for the DC circuit on Wednesday rejected two separate appeals from the former president and his lawyer Evan Corcoran to stop a sealed order, piercing attorney-client privilege and work-product doctrine protections issued in a court decision last week.

Impeachment is a political procedure carried out in both the House and Senate. An Indictment, such as what Trump is now under is a Criminal Procedure. https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/29/politics/fact-check-trump-presidential-records-act-talk/index.html Facts First: Trump’s claims are false. The Presidential Records Act says that, the moment a president leaves office, NARA gets custody and control of all presidential records from his administration. Nothing in the act says there should be prolonged “talk” or a negotiated “agreement” between a former president and NARA over a former president’s return of presidential documents – much less that there should have been a months-long battle after NARA first contacted Trump’s team in 2021 to try to get some of the records that had not been handed over at the end of his presidency. Going back on Topic as far as his rants stirring up the people we have this https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/19/opinions/trump-call-for-protests-obeidallah/index.html It isn’t the first time Trump has called for protests if he is charged with a crime. The former president began priming his base back in January 2022 when he told supporters to take to the streets if any prosecutor, anywhere, charges him — not just the Manhattan district attorney. At a campaign-style rally in Texas, Trump said: “If these radical, vicious, racist prosecutors do anything wrong or illegal, I hope we are going to have in this country the biggest protests we have ever had in Washington, DC, in New York, in Atlanta and elsewhere.”

Tesla has a rule which prohibits many things from being said about the company or doing while at work. One only has to read between the lines to understand why certain things are not recorded. There are many links you can find on employees being terminated for sharing a video on-line of situations or incidents which happened while employed by Tesla. https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2022/03/tesla-fires-employee-who-posted-youtube-videos-of-full-self-driving-accident/ https://www.hotcars.com/things-tesla-employees-arent-allowed-to-do-at-work/#work-40-hour-weeks All of Musk's employees sign confidentially agreements, so very little has actually been known about what goes on behind the scenes of Tesla. But a while back there were a few whistleblowers who pulled back the curtain and showed us the peculiar and sometimes dark sides of working for Musk.

In what way is it weird? You do realize that many companies forbid the use and carrying of cellular phones or any devices while in the work place right? https://clario.co/cell-phone-policy-at-work/ Some of the largest employers in the U.S. are known for banning cell phone usage completely at work. Below are two of the most notable companies with strict cell phone policies Amazon Fedex So what's to say Tesla does not have such a policy, and if it does, tell us again how they could have audio and visually recorded theses racial slurs.

"Biden is trying to jail his leading political opponent"
ThailandRyan replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Trump sure has a weird take on what a Plea deal means. In his view he says this: He also stressed that he would not accept a plea deal unless he was presented one "where they pay me some damages." Trump Suggests He's Open to Taking Plea Deal With a Specific Condition (msn.com) The former president added that he does foresee having to pardon himself should he win reelection in 2024, a theory that has been floated by many pundits. His reasoning, however, came down to the fact that he does not believe the charges against him will stick. "I don't think I'll ever have to," Trump said. "I didn't do anything wrong." -
Try again, tell me the below is not anti-gay https://www.advocate.com/politics/2022/2/15/florida-governor-ron-desantis-attack-lgbtq-gay-rights-record Amid right-wing attacks on the inclusion of antibullying materials in Florida's Department of Education online resources, the DeSantis administration in December abruptly took down any guidance discouraging the victimizing of LGBTQ+ youth. Materials had originally been posted through the Office of State Schools, created in the wake of the Parkland shootings. Dropping the guidance stunned leaders at Equality Florida. "A politically motivated assault on the LGBTQ community is putting young people at risk," said Equality Florida Executive Director Nadine Smith. "Vulnerable youth deserve better than a DeSantis Administration intent on putting them in harm's way in order to score cheap political points."

He will try and roll back all of the laws allowing lives to be equal, we will end up back in the era before Dr. Martin Luther King if they have there way. All of these new laws and rights were fought for by the people who want the US to have equality for all and the freedoms to go with that equality. Yes there should be laws in place which prohibit certain things. Racism, Bigotry and Anti LGBTQ rhetoric and laws have no place in the US let alone the world.

When your a married gay/lesbian couple, as my friends are, and the homophobia and attacks upon you are becoming more and more unbearable, would you stay. It is not just a few idiots, Desantis has turned the schools into an unfriendly learning environment where parents are being pitted against each other. California has always been open and welcoming to most folks, rarely do you see the type of attacks which are occurring. You can thank San Francisco for assisting California get on the board and stay on the board as far as the far as the LGBTQ community. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/florida-anti-lgbtq-laws-prompt-families-who-feel-unsafe-to-flee/ar-AA1cn7QK July 1, That is the day a slate of new laws signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis targeting the LGBTQ community take effect. Doctors will be allowed to deny care based on their moral beliefs. The use of preferred pronouns will be banned in public schools. And children will be barred from attending drag shows, among other measures. One law that prohibits gender-affirming health care for transgender people under the age of 18 is already being enforced. Add in: https://wusfnews.wusf.usf.edu/courts-law/2022-09-22/a-report-details-how-extremism-and-hate-crimes-are-on-the-rise-in-florida Ben Poppe, with the ADL's Center on Extremism, wrote the report. He said what makes the increase in Florida extremism stand out from the overall rise in hate across the country is that Florida extremists are now coordinating with each other. And, Poppe said, they are even touting the Sunshine State as a great place to relocate your hate. "They actually created Florida propaganda posters saying the state of hate needs you and advertising to other extremists to move to Florida,” Poppe said. “They're trying to make Florida a place where this kind of thing is acceptable and to center their activities in the state." With all that is happening in Florida, why not move and be safe.
