  1. It just goes to show the penis mightier than the sword. (Sorry, my keyboard Space key is intermittent)
  2. Working with gunpowder is inherently dangerous which is why the industry is heavily regulated. A single spark from unathorised tools, friction on 'loose' powder, or hand-loading can result in an explosion. The suggestion that it was an electrical fault implies the factory did not have an intrinsically safe electrical system and that, likely, the factory was unlicensed. Looking at the photos above I conclude it was an illegal facility lacking any reasonable safety standards and had been erected on a spare plot in a residential area. I should not be surprised if the owner lived in the house next door. Has it got Third Party insurance? No? Never mind neighbours, you will have to claim on your own.????
  3. The hotel is located Amphoe Cha Am of Ratchaburi Province but I guess that was not 'prestigious' enough for the owners who amended the name to include the adjacent Amphoe Hua Hin of Prachuap Khirikhan Province.
  4. Remarkable indeed. This level of torque would not pull the skin off a rice pudding. ????
  5. Shocking! What is the world coming to when a human cannot board a boat barefoot?
  6. As an ex bomb disposaleer I know the feeling......
  7. Never had this problem with rubber-soled flip-flops. These modern plastic based things however........
  8. This must be the General's younger brother.......
  9. After an admission like that I would not be surprised if the Mars lovers of this forum put a Bounty on your head. ????
  10. A meaningless slogan. 'The wisdom of Thai gastronomy to promote soft power' Could they not have also worked 'AI' into it?
  11. Self-driving wont protect from head-on crashes with sleeping driiver pickups.
  12. And the picture shows them spraying water on an electrical fire. ????
  13. Dirricult to see how the pickup could be 'covertly' transporting passengers with so many packed standing in the cargo tray.
  14. Disgusting filth! More please.
  15. After an admission like that I would not be surprised to learn that there's a Bounty on your head. ????
  16. Really? Then he deserves a round of applause from Asia Now forum readers. ????
  17. How can Phua Thai 'install' a Prime Minister? They can nominate a candidate and hope they win a vote that Pita lost.
  18. The RTP are also qualified to investigate railway accidents. From the information provided, it seems the train driver failed to stop as required and instead went into a section where the points (switch) had not yet been made in his favour. To get the loco back on the rails will require an all-terrain crane with a very heavy-lift capacity which may have to be brought in from far away.
  19. Awaiting some privacy before indulging in a bout of beach bonking. To maintain a family resort image you need to produce families.
  20. I'm encouraged by the image of an umpire on scene presumbably controlling the two teams of firefighters.
  21. It's a bust-enhancing exercise for the girls holding up the balls.
