It was an assumption in the absence of available evidence. After the content was ultimately made available, it was assessed by MSM as at least partly valid (ex.WAPO). A sharp contrast with MAGAs still supporting the big lie, despite being debunked by the failure of all GOP lawsuits, recounts and audits. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't really matter as there was nothing incriminating in the laptop, as evidenced by the epic failure of the fake GOP committee investigation!

About Chinese food, there are several restaurants behind Lanzhou noodles on beach road, when walking towards 2nd road, rather Sichuan style. I tried one called Base. They serve Beijing and Sichuan food ( they said they have two chefs). The food is authentic, the quality is medium compared to what I used to eat in China. I ate Sichuan/Muslim style skewers (among others). They were overcooked, but maybe it was just bad luck.

That's right, but recently it became rather outmoded. Actually, It could probably be traced to the Vietnam war, and was also fueled by CIA's operations in Latin America, in particular in Chile. The invasion of Irak was probably the latest significant event. I tend to think it's generational. Young people don't care any more about it and are rather attracted by American music, tv shows, tec, etc...
