Can you actually give an answer to your own question? Same question of the USA... they funded Isis and al queda and various 'rebel groups' for decades, the latest being the overthrow of Assad in Syria by Al -queda, with funding and assistance of Israel, US & UK, who have now coincidenently removed the group from the terrorism list.
