I merely BALANCEd myself as the SkyTrain went , nearly yes nearly toppling over into the crowd at stages BUT I had to train in BALANCE Don't just go to the gym to lift weights you must train to TRAVEL 🧳 🧳

I try at least a few times a week to hit the gym do treadmill in a incline etc , balance work ,sit ups But....all the travel I done lately... carrying bags , reaching to get overlocker bags , Walking up stairs ,uneven footpaths ,dodging people on the street , walking up hills , crossing roads , Etc etc etc All part of travel 🧳 And if I didn't keep myself fit I wouldn't be able to do it AND I'm fit but still found it hard !!! I plan to go to Philippines in September, I'm now going to plan to hit the gym so I can make that trip !!!! Squats , stretching , lifting luggage ,incline treadmill , etc training to travel ! Training for travel plan workout ! I found changing planes tiring ,going thru security checkpoints constantly, waiting in lounges , etc Not easy !!!!!! 😭 So please please are you finding it more DIFFICULT physical to TRAVEL 🧳 🧳 Have you cut your travel down? I now go for DIRECT flights How do you travel by yourself at 80?

So you been sitting in that small studio you have all day ? Do you have a balcony? Some condo don't have a balcony, imagine that sitting in a dark small room Think about it before you retire to Pattaya what your lifestyle will be like for god sake people!!!! So I'm back in Australia! I just received a WhatsApp Message from Derrick s old German guy I met in the View talay 2B I'm sitting by the pool he said then I will have a liquid lunch of good craft beer ,then sleep the afternoon " Fantastic Derrick "...I wrote back. ....sounds exciting mate !! 😀

The Country towns in Australia are the violent not the big cities I won't tell you why the Country towns like Moree ,Bourke,Alice Springs, Townsville etc are violent places because I certainly don't want to sound racist

7 more years , Unfortunately in Australia your old age pension is asset tested The age to get the pension is 67 but if you have I think more than $250,000 AUD you aren't eligible ,so better to retire at 60 get your Superannuation and spend it all before 67 ,then apply for the pension at 67 I paid taxes all my life I deserve the old age pension at 67! I think it's around the 50,000 baht a month range
