I was just in the gym and was talking to a fit old guy in his 70's
He said to me he only does "quality of life " fitness
Apparently it's Balance exercises like standing in one leg ,squats ,getting up off the ground , flexibility ,core
Carrying dumbbells , walking uphill in a treadmill ,
"quality of life " never heard of that type of fitness but it means apparently you do it for a reason , I don't know ,don't ask me !!
