I'm thinking this year when I visit MAybe June July for my 8 week stay to stay in a martial arts boxjng training resort I have been looking at this KOMBAT training place not sure if they have rooms nearby , What about RAGE fight school do they have rooms on site? Does the Brian guy still teach judo at his resort ,I guess he is getting on now though and it's too far out ,forget the name of his resort,I think you can live there permanently very cheap if I'm not wrong Any martial arts muay Thai resorts in Pattaya ? Phuket seems to be FULL of these types of places Does anyone here still train Western boxing in your senior years ? Any guys here still do martial arts in your 60's 70's?

You only need a studio not 1 bedroom,your only staying 2 years How much is a studio say in mount Druitt? I know the reputation but you will meet interesting people and I believe they need casual bus drivers urgently 😁

You would have to be in a "share" house Try going near a university then you can rent out the room.s You can put 4 bunk bed in and international students

As for being hypochondriac whilst in Pattaya last year for my 5 week stay I visited Dr Oliver I believe about twice or 3 a week so much he didn't charge me some visits ,he actually walked out of his room and said to the reception not to charge me today , I done blood tests , liver tests , etc fantastic doctor 👍

Yes I was looking at spending around 2 million in Pattaya for at least a 1 bedroom condo I like that Arcadia waters condo in I think it's Soi 5 thappayra? But may have to spend more I don't want to be cramped in a small room Then trying living on less than a million baht a year I don't drink or smoke but even then I'm unsure if it's possible I like to go to the doctor every week for a blood test and check up just in case I have a illness I don't know,I think Dr Oliver was charging me around 700- 1000 baht I cant remember Medical insurance maybe the killer in the budget
