Now I want to try fasting , never did it
There is different types of FASTING
Just watched a YouTube older mature aged bodybuilder saying he goes on a 48 hours DRY FAST ,that means absolutely nothing to eat or drink
For you who go on fasts please tell me what you personally feel
Will I feel tired after say 12 hours !
Is the "energy" kick after a few days real ?
What your method ?
Weekend fast?
I don't fancy this Dry fast
So water ,tea , black coffee is ok ?
