Have you ever been to jail , particularly either as a visitor or long term guest? I always get fascinated by jail's when I travel to parts of Asia and other countries (some people get fascinated by Cemeteries) and in my trip end up going to take pictures of jail's . As for Cemeteries I had friend in 2008 who came from Indonesia,took him to see the Blue Mountains in Australia,he was too interested in the Cemetery,anyway that's another story ,it's strange someones fascination in something when travelling,it's not all wine women & song ,even had a friend picture post offices ,bizzare interest in taking pics & visiting post offices I went to visit a ex Thai bar manager friend in Pattaya jail a few years ago,I didn't like him,I only went there to look inside the jail really, but we had to talk with him behind a cage wire almost like a bird aviary and other prisoners standing next to him also talking/shouting to their visitors. Bang Kwang in Bangkok is my favourite,but I must admit the guards especially the women guards were the nastiest looking people I have ever seen. There was no smiles from them. I visited the jail.in Cambodia too,just on the outside though,asked a tuk tuk to take me ,dirty dusty looking jail with rusty barbed wire So the question is have you ever been to a jail in the world I remember hearing from a guy at work saying there was a jail in the innermost area of the Scottish Highlands, I would love to see that

Unfortunately I don't like getting old , apart from the decreased life we have ,(many of us will go between 78 & 84) there is the added illness's too I'm probably looking at a liver transplant and looks like a kidney transplant down the track . I will get my heart checked soon too hopefully that will be ok

I have been back to my medical centre GP, unfortunately I felt lumps under my skin near my ribcage and kidney. They are not noticeable however I have to push deep to feel them The doctor ,(older male probably in his 70's) put gloves on and felt the lumps , at first he complained he can't feel anything until he pushed right into the skin, I told him I'm worried about these He dismissed this saying they were fatty cysts , I have never heard of these and he went to the internet to show me some images of people who have them . I think he called Lymphobia or similar lymphedua? But has anyone had these "lumps" under their skin especially around the ribcage and kidney , It's sad really when GP's are no longer caring as they used to be years ago

And not only that many of these farang do gooders groups in Cambodia are just money collectors paying themselves fantastic salaries and nice life on the donations they receive such as World Vision ,etc

Oh don't get me started on those "do gooders " groups who run charities saying they are saving the children from trafficking and orphans etc It's been proven in Cambodia many are in fact not orphans

Yes I too have that dull ache on the right side but Sheryl says we shouldn't have this ,? It's not stopping me from doing anything,it's just annoying But you need to do something asap because if you google it ,you only have a shirt life with that liver ,

If your not interested in liver disease etc then please ignore me ! I'm going thru a stage at this time of inflamed liver

I know but I feel like the GP is not doing enough She is not young so should be experienced at this I'm thinking of seeing another GP but I'm not sure what tests to ask them for ? Someone suggested a Fibroscan , I asked her (GP) about this but she suggested wait 1 month to lose weight Another a PET scan. In the meantime I need to plan ahead , I'm google India cost is 50k for a liver transplant

Why hasn't the doctor tested me for this ? Or have they? I will make an appointment online to see her tommrrw (Tuesday) immediately!! All they have done is blood tests and ultrasound I have seen this lady GP more than 7 times in the last 2 weeks and all she wants to do is....wait until I lose weight Always seems too interested in putting me on weight scales and referring me to a dietetician rather than send me to a liver specialist !! The pain is a dull pain which is not stopping me from going to the gym but nevertheless it's not a good sign I never thought of this hep C ,I will tell her tomorrow to test me for this !!! Thankyou

The doctor recently diagnosed me with a fatty liver I'm doing my best in the last 2 week of diagnosis to lose weight and stay off sugar & oils So far in 2 weeks lost 6kg height 177cm and 108kg I have bigger body structure so what would my best weight be ? According to google it's 78kg that would be very small However I'm still experiencing some dull pain in the liver so I have been googling at it says I may have about 3-5 years left with liver function but because of the pain must be inflamed so doubt I have that long My question is has anyone here undergone a liver transplant? I know I have to pay so is it possible in Asia? I'm thinking about trying to change it soon ,any idea where to go ?

I thought today I hope Thailand or other Asian countries (Cambodia) never gets over run by the Christian do gooders or moral police or whatever you want to call these farangs who come to live in Thailand but want to change it ! I was in Sydney Australia today to see Christian protestors against sex outside marriage holding up anti LGBTQ signs and anti trans signs ,and anti abortion etc they all appear to be young men with beards from a middle eastern background and Christian apparently,holding signs with crosses ,at first I thought they were of the Muslim religion but it appears they are Christian. So they are against this ,that ,and the other . I never forget a expat I met in Pattaya ,he owned a shop house in jomtien he was American and on the For Rent sign he had NO BARs , Family values business only ! So nowadays these do gooders morals police Christian religious or whatever are starting to infiltrate Asia , even I see on tiktok etc the comments some guy is a pedophile because he was in a bar in Pattaya etc, Every middle-aged white male who goes to Thailand or Philippines is a pedo according to these right wing Christians People say the world is going woke or left wing ,I beg to differ ,it seems lately particular in Australia to be going right wing I'm sick of this ,this is my reason to escape the West ,to go somewhere where people aren't judged by their race sexuality etc. Whether someone is ladyboy or green or blue or whatever Don't go to places like Pattaya if you don't agree with it !!! In Australia we have “bulk billing “ GP doctors and private billing doctors, I changed to private billing medical centre $80 rather than the government free bulk billing as the bulk billing free Medicare doctors were how can I say it nicely. Had limited knowledge and rushed you in & out im sure every Aussie knows what I’m talking about

You could copy & paste your answer aand add it to every question in this forum this is a health & medicine forum , im asking what vitamins forum members here take , and the reasons why they take vitamins no use asking my doctor what she takes many of the people on here have excellent knowledge of natural health related matters far better than my doctor if you want to get into “qualified medical personnel “ as you call them , sounds good until you turn up at a medical centre and see a guy whose English is not good and has no idea what testereone is , and passed his medical exams because the parents had money in Mumbai or Shanghai so I’m not sure why you have any faith for qualified medical personnel nowadays ? many of these forum members have life experience and knowledge far far greater than some 25yo kid from Mumbai working as a GP in a medical centre

Having a liver pain lately been at the medical centre seeing a GP She asked me about my vitamin intake Daily 2 X vitamin B complex 4 X 1000 iu vitamin D 2 X Tribulas I X berrocca 2x vitamin C 1x magnesium 2x zinc 1x vitamin E She was astounded,too much ...too much she said .... You could take every second day the vitamins B or once a week on most she said And now I got thinking if this was overworked my liver ? Is it necessary to take a vitamin every day could it be every second Do you take vitamins and what do you take exactly? Could you take take st a vitamin once a week?

The naturopath actually told me to enjoy black coffee & water whilst on the fast . He surprisingly said and obviously believe black coffee is good for fasting . I couldn't imagine going without water ,but I'm thinking lemon juice too

Because I was over eating on protein food and drinking a lot of milk protein drinks and energy drinks as for the gym I'm not doing cardio just weight lifting
