Last time I was there last month I thanked the road workers ( engineers with hard hats) that were standing by the road with bottles of water . They are doing a marvellous job and I ask you kindly to do the same

Well it hasn't changed much in 26 years ,I was there last year for a 3 day trip I Angeles City Unfortunately my 3 days holiday was spoilt as I had to use a broom & scoop to clean the streets , absolutely shocking dirty ! I did lodge a email complaint to the Angeles mayor Why please oh tell me you can't hose down streets ?
