    At the moment the achievements index is being recounted by the system. Until then achievements will not be displayed (if they were displayed they would be inaccurate). The forum has millions of posts and hundreds of millions of reactions, so this process will take quite some time. At the minute the process is 57 per cent complete.

    Ranks will appear and disappear during re-indexing. This is normal. Re-indexing is currently 53 percent complete.

    No, sorry. The software request has been forwarded to management. When we get approval to install the software update we will do so. Until then I can not action this. In that sense I am waiting for a reply the same as you are.

    Do you mean as a signature, so the text appeared below every post you made? If so, the signature function has been disabled for the time being so you will not be able to do this at the present time.

    I think this is more of an issue with your laptop then with the forum. I know it's annoying when someone hands the issue back to you, however the forum has thousands of visitors per day and we can tell their journey through the forum is not being impeded.

    We are now re-indexing the forum ranks and achievements. This will take 7-10 days to achieve due to the size of the database. Roughly this time next week the ranks and achievements should be displayed correctly.

    The plugin that handled this task is not compatible with the latest forum software that we have upgraded to. I am looking for alternatives.

    The fast scroll up button has been deprecated by the author. This means the button will not work with the latest version of the forum software that we now have. I am looking for an alternative, but so far I haven't found a good candidate.
