    I always use an ATM outside my bank in banking hours. So if it eats your card, which it did once, you can walk in and tell them immediately.

    Part of the reason i never drive at night. I think it is essential to live on a baht bus route so you can travel almost anywhere around town easily, for 10 baht. If you need to go off their route yes a Bolt taxi is the answer. People are crazy to risk their licences, and a 20k fine, and damage to their cars, just to drive to a local bar.

    Maybe some items have to be replaced at set service intervals, even if not defective. Preventitive maintenance?

    Actually they serve a useful purpose. It highlights the people you need to avoid.

    You see these nutters all the time in Pattaya. Tearing along small sois at high speed, with no helmets. No way they can avoid normal traffic turning. RIP all the same.

    Do you have to show money going in and out? News to me. I thought many had their 800k just sat in a fixed account. The only criteria is that you can withdraw it quickly if needed.

    I bought the same from them a month ago for 72,000. Still 2000 over list but they took cash and delivery straight away.

    But it's OK for millions to get their kicks watching him do it on TV.

    I saw this the other night. Sure the battle scenes and cinematography are great but as a film, as entertainment, i was disappointed. There is no plot/story. The acting is average, There is little chatacterisation and the war seems to end half way through the film. I wouldn't recommend.

    All condos will produce annual accounts showing annual income and expenditure and balance sheet but that would not include the sort of detail the OP wants, such as invoices, bank records etc. What makes you think there is a problem that would require that level of detail? Unless the Committe is "bent" they should respond to any reasonable request to explain specific queries.
